Bulgaria has rapidly transformed into a key electronics manufacturing hub in Eastern Europe, strategically situated near European logistics corridors. With strong clusters in Sofia, Plovdiv, and Varna, the region has attracted leading Tier-1 automotive suppliers, IoT device builders, and global Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) giants. These firms construct highly intricate telecom hubs, automotive test stands, smart grid components, and industrial control controllers that depend intensely on high-performance interconnect technologies.
Our multi-port RJ45 connectors with integrated magnetics address the demanding requirements of Bulgarian EMS engineers. From suppressing electrical noise (EMI) on factory floors to delivering consistent data transmission speeds from 100 Mbps to 10 Gbps, these components form the backbone of local smart manufacturing infrastructure.

Industrial environments in Bulgaria—like Trakia Economic Zone’s heavy machinery and robotic assembly units—suffer from high electromagnetic interference (EMI). Standard RJ45 jacks without built-in filters transfer noise directly to physical-layer transceivers (PHY), risking packet loss and hardware failures.
Our multi-port filtered connectors merge the physical RJ45 receptacle with isolation transformers, common mode chokes, and high-voltage capacitors. This integrated solution minimizes PCB space by up to 50%, enhances electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, and complies with international CISPR and FCC Class B requirements.
Explore Custom DesignsOur multi-port connectors are designed for sustained operational performance, featuring premium engineering elements for critical global infrastructure.
Robust nickel-plated brass or copper alloy shells with grounding tabs (panel fingers) ensure secure chassis grounding, keeping signal paths noise-free.
Standard 10/100/1000M and ultra-high-speed 2.5G/5G/10G coils built directly into the connector housing. Fully certified cross-compatibility.
Engineered to support Power over Ethernet (up to 30W/60W per port) under high thermal loads, complying with IEEE 802.3af/at/bt specifications.

Essential layout, electrical, and shielding parameters for hardware engineering departments.
For high-speed Ethernet (1000 Base-T and 10G Base-T), maintaining a 100-ohm differential impedance across the network is critical. Discontinuities in trace layout or connector mating pins generate reflections, measured as return loss. Our multi-port RJ45 connectors feature integrated isolation transformers designed with precision winding ratios (typically 1:1) to guarantee return loss meets or exceeds IEEE 802.3 standards, even under extreme temperature swings (-40°C to +85°C).
Mechanical layout constraints often dictate connector choice. Tab-Down connectors position the locking mechanism toward the bottom of the PCB, allowing indicators to remain visible on the top side of the panel. Tab-Up connectors reverse this arrangement. Correct selection prevents interference with surrounding enclosure components and simplifies field serviceability. We offer both versions to match custom PCB stackups.
To ensure effective shielding, EMI currents must find a low-impedance path to chassis ground. Our connectors feature spring-loaded panel tabs (EMI fingers) that contact the enclosure faceplate directly. When integrating these components on your PCB, keep the isolation boundary clear of power planes to prevent high-frequency noise from bypassing the internal magnetics.
